| Ms. Lori Thornton serves as president of TEI. She has over 25 years experience in the environmental industry, providing practical and effective solutions to complex environmental management issues. Ms. Thornton has successfully managed multi-disciplinary projects across the United States involving the following regulatory programs: Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), and others. Ms. Thornton’s experience includes over 10 years working in chemical processing facilities, with responsibility for developing and implementing integrated environmental, health & safety programs in close coordination with operating personnel. Her result-oriented approach to each project is directed at minimizing the client’s environmental liabilities while maintaining maximum operational flexibility.
